Enjoy a night out with chef, author, and television personality John Shields as he discusses his new book, The New Chesapeake Kitchen. Often called “The Culinary Ambassador of the Chesapeake Bay,” Mr. Shields is the co-owner/proprietor of Gertrude’s Restaurant, located at the Baltimore Museum of Art. His latest cookbook features more than 140 new recipes for delicious “Bay and body-friendly food” and was recognized as one of OpenTable’s Best New Restaurant Cookbooks.
